WHAT IS A MEDIATOR:

A mediator is a third party neutral who can help people in conflict find solutions and come to agreement. Mediators learn skills which can be used in personal relationships and professional situations.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Educators, social service providers, health care workers, law enforcement professionals, managers, supervisors, real estate agents and community members

DATES AND TIMES (2 weekends):

October 16, 17, 18, 2009
Friday & Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Sundays 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

October 30, 31, & November 1, 2009
Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am-1:30 pm
Sunday 9:30 am-5:00 pm

Participants must attend all days
